Naval Museum of Symi Tours

The resort is beautiful, quiet and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and varied. The spa is relaxing and the spa staff professional. The beach is clean and never crowded. The evening entertainment is very good quality.The resort is not far from the Old Town or the airport. We highly recommend this resort if you want to unwind.

This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then. 1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear. 2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however; a- you have your own car and drive b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience. 3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere. 4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight. 5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues. 6- spa? nice. a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price.

Not what I expected, especially when seeing consistent great reviews. Corridors to bedrooms felt like I was in a prison. Buffet was carnage. Hundreds of guests in a large canteen style huge room with awful looking school dining chairs. Sunbed’s broken, beach very unappealing. Incredibly huge hotel with hundreds of people and kids running riot. Couldn’t face another day trying to relax on holiday so left early. More like a 3star budget hotel.
