“A great cabin in the woods! Lots of room, great water pressure. The shower is actually in the bathroom off of one of the bedrooms so if you have multi families staying it takes a little planning to use it etc. I feel like knowing that ahead of time might be helpful?. We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kiddos and had plenty of room. Communication with Ben was great he answered really quickly. Getting there was a little tricky, a little hard to see the arrows in the dark but his directions were right……

“I loved the place, it was a beautiful, peaceful view, the cottage was very clean and very well supplied. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is they did not have propane for the grill when we wanted to make steaks, and we didn’t want to go back into town to get propane, so we use the oven. The manager did say in her property details that if we bought the propane, she wouldn’t reimburse us with the cost, which was very nice. Once we got here, we just kind of wanted to stay the cushions……

“Absolutely loved our stay here for the 2024 eclipse! We were only here two nights, but wished we could have stayed for a month! Inside we felt like we were nestled deep in the mountains of Colorado, yet this cabin is located only 5-15 minutes to pretty much anywhere in Poplar Bluff. The décor is amazing and makes you feel right at home. The bed was nice and comfy, and there was plenty of space to be had. We didn’t want to leave! The beds were comfy, and the place was tidy. Everything we needed was readily available. It's not a huge home, but well laid out and efficient. The town was tiny and not a lot there, but Pocohontas was just 10 minutes down the road with groceries and a nice park and river walk. I would not hesitate to stay again if we were ever in the……
