“The Aso hotel has been beautifully restored using its history as a raison storage in its design. Many antique items rescued from the building have been restored and displayed in the hotel. “We stayed for four nights. The view is amazing, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the grounds are nice. However, it seems like the property is being redone or there is a new owner and it is not fully operational yet. This place says it is 5 stars but it frankly isn’t. It does not have the amenities or service to claim being five stars.
We were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise and made the stay better value.
When we checked in we were told the bar was not operational.……

“The property was like our own little piece of paradise, and the staff treated us like VIP''s and went out of their way to make our stay special. Property was close enough to Kalamata for day trips without hanging to stay in the hustle and bustle. Food was excellent!! I cannot say enough good things about this resort, especially Elina and Angel. Miss them both already!”
