"Pros: Das Floating House ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick von der kleinen Terrasse auf den Hafen war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und einfach mal was anderes. Die Betten waren gut, allerdings sind die Etagenbetten nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. "Der Aufenthalt in der FeWo war gut, die Lage sehr ansprechend, das Inventar schon etwas veraltet und abgenutzt. Erst auf meine Intervention hin wurde das Geschirr in der zweiten Woche ergänzt, da völlig unzureichend für zwei Personen. Leider stimmten auch ein paar Objektbeschreibungen nicht. Angegeben waren Gefriermöglichkeiten, der Kühlschrank hatte jedoch kein Gefrierfach. Weiterhin sollte ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung stehen, dieser war jedoch nicht ausschließlich der FeWo zugeteilt, sondern...

"Sehr schöne Wohnung im EG mit Terrasse. Wir waren Last Minute für zwei Nächte da.Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Man kann sich quasi daheim eine Tasse Kaffee machen und sich nach zwei Minuten Gehweg damit an die Kaimauer setzen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter per SMS bzw über das FeWoPortal ist auch einwandfrei. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder da nächtigen."

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"

"Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather. Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket."
