“Our room was clean and updated. But the hair dryer and phone didn't work; the smoke detector was covered in a plastic bag by some reason. The breakfast was good and all options were kept in stock. Kids enjoyed the pool. Two main complaints: - No tea/coffee in the room or lobby. They unlocked the breakfast area every time we asked for a cup of tea. - Someone broke a window in the breakfast area a year ago. Now no one allowed to play board games in the breakfast area at night. Even though they……

“Great location. New Castle is close to everything, remains a charming small town with an old west character. The Winterfel theme was delivered well.”

“All the stuff other people said... but also, there was a fan, yey! Plenty of outlets. There is trains going by across the street, but it was quaint, nobody lost sleep. So nice to walk to dinner and breakfast. Plenty of parking options.”

“We had a great experience. The room was clean and decorated nicely. It was thoughtfully designed so that the alpacas were always very close to the cabin. They were right outside the door! We stayed on a very hot day and the air conditioning worked great. The owners were friendly and helpful. If you go, make sure to buy several bags of alpaca food at the boutique, because they eat it quickly!! Although we were very tempted by the sign that said, "Yes, we sell alpacas", we decided not to bring……
