Honestly the greatest hotel I have stayed in. I will always look to stay here when I come to Manchester. The staff was very kind and the food was very yummy.

Dining at the hotel’s restaurant is a treat; the food is lovely and well-prepared, though it does come at a slightly premium price. However, there are a few areas that prevent me from giving this hotel top marks. The single-glazed windows mean that noise can be an issue, especially during events like the Christmas market. Additionally, I noticed stains on towels and bedding, which detracted from the overall sense of cleanliness. Finally, while the staff were friendly, they seemed inexperienced, resulting in service that felt average rather than exceptional. Overall, the Ensana Crescent Hotel has a lot to offer, particularly for those seeking a spa-focused getaway, but there’s room for improvement in terms of maintenance and service quality.
