“It worked out fine for our needs but we were a little surprised when the bathroom was a separate building and this perhaps tainted our view. Bed was comfortable and the host provided a great breakfast. The weather was chilly so a nighttime trip to the "outhouse" (a nice bathroom but separate) was intimidating. They provide an in room commode making it just like old times on the farm.Great remote location in a farming community.”

“The cottage has a relaxing lakefront view, with a well equipped spacious kitchen, with an island countertop in the middle. The light colour tones of the cottage, the number of rooms and amenities were very comfortable for our group of seven family members. Even the drinkwares had sayings and quotes that gave a homely and relaxing feel. “When we booked this property we based it off of a 9.4/10 rating and pictures available. We found out the day that we checked in that the reviews giving the 9.4 were “external” reviews and could not be accessed. Our first impression was not wonderful because the unit is on a street with vacant and some run down homes. When entering we were hit with a very strong musty odor.
