The room was comfortable, breakfast plentiful and great, and the staff was great. The area around the property isn’t too safe and the closest subway is an eight minute walk if you walk fast. There was also extremely loud construction at 4 AM and three out of the four nights I was there.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond! The room was extremely nice with a great view of Manhattan. I would have paid double for the same stay in Manhattan and it was only a 15 minute subway ride to Manhattan.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was excellent plenty of options every morning, from fresh fruit and pastries to hot items like eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything was fresh and well presented. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. My room was spotless when I arrived, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it that way throughout my stay. The common areas, hallways, and dining area were also well maintained. The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to several restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the city. In terms of safety, I felt very secure during my stay.
