Overlooking the vibrant 44th Street, this sunlit residence offers a rare blend of vintage character and modern comfort in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.

The spacious first bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, and a workspace with a desk and chair. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed.

Ideal for families or small groups, the layout ensures both openness and separation without the need for traditional partitions.
