“The property was very cozy. There is zero reception and at least 20 minutes to get anywhere. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It definitely could use a deep clean, maybe I just noticed a lot of stuff because of being cooped up due to the rain. Also, the bed is absolutely miserable. Overall, the price was good. The only huge thing I would change is the bed.”

“The location is beautiful and the house is nice. It's unfortunate that it has not been cleaned well. There were dark hairs on the sheets of both beds, a lot of the windows were dirty with smudges/smears and there were multiple areas that need dusting and vacuuming. There are some safety hazards as well like loose bricks on the bottom of the steps. With a really good deep clean and regular maintenance this could easily be a five star stay. Overall we enjoyed our time at the lake but as a former……

“This is our second time staying at cast away cabins, and we love it. The cabin is perfect with a well equipped covered cooking area outside. They have a very nice fire pit and 3 boat storage bays with gates. Can’t wait to come back! ”
