Cozy Getaway
This property was nice and cozy.. and close to multiple attractions. Easy access to entering the home, as my family and I settled in comfortably. Compact, but spacious and fully supplied with all required kitchen appliances and utensils. Only downside: there was no washer/dryer on site as outlined in the description, and there was no ease of access to viewing the television (and wished that having no cable was outlined). Other than that, it was a nice home away from home! - Thanks again!

Disappointed
Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay here from the start. The listing says that a washer and dryer were provided in-unit, one of the reasons we booked here. When we checked in, we couldn’t find the washer and dryer. I sent a message in our VRBO app asking about it and didn’t receive a reply until we were already home several days later. One afternoon of our stay an alarm was going off in another unit for over two hours, we called the number posted in the unit and it was disconnected. When we finally got ahold of someone it still wasn’t handled right away. We ended up leaving the unit because it was so disruptive. The last night we were there, we were very uncomfortable because of people wandering by our car. The neighborhood was very sketchy and we were so uncomfortable that we ended up moving our flights to leave early. The beds were very uncomfortable, many of the flooring planks were broken/cracked, the place looked not very well taken care of. I emailed the property manager about my issues two days ago to give an opportunity to have these items addressed privately rather than posting such a negative review, but I still haven’t received a response at all two days later. I do NOT recommend this unit or owner.

Spacious and quite clean, nice area! Good kitchen area but we found some of the appliances (coffee maker and microwave and drain) didn't work as expected , so hope the management fix that.

Property was well kept and clean, very spacious and within walking distance (10mins) to Cliffton Hill. Quiet and safe as the front and back doors are always kept locked. Beds were comfy and lots of space for 4 people.

Solid Location Near Falls
This is a good property if you're looking for something close to the falls for a couple days, and don't mind a bit of noise. The neighborhood does look a little sketchy at first, but it's honestly perfectly fine and safe, only a 5-10 minute walk to Clifton Hill and it's only a 15 minute walk to the falls. Great location, very easy access to local sights and plenty of great food nearby. The cleanliness was excellent, the apartment was spotless and the owners obviously hire a very good cleaning service. Plenty of dishes to use (though only 1 dish cloth and 1 dish towel, so we had to conserve), and it was nice to have a milk pitcher in the fridge for bagged milk. Beautiful modern decor, comfortable sofa. All the beds were comfortable except 1 bed in the double room (could feel the springs) so my daughter slept on the couch and it was fine. There are a few opportunities for improvement, but if you're looking for just a quick place to stay a couple days to see the sights and don't mind sacrificing those niceties for location, it's fine. There is some small maintenance needed - freezer door handle is loose, bathroom door handle is loose, one kitchen outlet didn't work. The window in the master bedroom couldn't be latched/locked, I would have preferred to sleep with locked windows. I saw a previous review that noted the kitchen trash can is small, that is accurate. We took several trips to the dumpster, would be nice to have a larger trash can. I would say the biggest thing (which is outside the owner's control) to be aware of is noise. The walls are very thin and it's easy to hear people coming and going in the building, you can hear the doors opening and closing and you can hear conversations in the hallway, you can even hear a toilet flushing in another apt when you're sitting in the dining room. The noise did wake us and the dog up a couple times as there appeared to be some variety of party next door, but for us we were ultimately okay with that trade-off for location.

Review from someone in the Hospitality industry
I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 yrs and have espcialized in viewing and reviewing hundreds of different types of properties in my career. By far staying here last August was one of the biggest disappointments. We went for a weekend getaway and it ended up being a stressful getaway instead. The condo itself is in great shape and clean, the beds were a little uncomfortable, but in terms of cleanliness all up to standard. First night was good until we arrived back at our condo around 11pm to realize the condo above us was having a party which lasted till about 5am. I tried contacting the property manager and phone went to voicemail, and you could only text or email, I received one reply in total but nothing was done. We had very little sleep and the communicating was pretty much non existence regarding our issue. No one phoned to check back in on us, I had to advise them that if we encountered the same thing that night (cause we were staying 2 nts) that we wanted a refund since we didn't go there to he kept awake at night, again no reply. That night we got to the condo and the partying subsided earlier than the precious night. It definitely taught me to never book condo's for vacations, it's best to spend a little more $$ and take your business to a hotel where you can call the front desk and have them take care of issues right away. Save yourself the hassle if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.
