We booked this hotel because it stated it had a hot tub. Upon arriving, we were told the pool and hot tub were not working. The front desk stated that the not working hot tub and pool were posted on their site. Could not find anywhere where it said that. Our bathroom had urine in the toilet which was growing mold. There was no soap, no working lights above the mirror, and no bath towels. The light in the room’s hallway was also burned out. There were no cups for coffee. Fortunately the housekeeper was in the hallway and brought us soap and cups. At that time we did not realize the bath towels were missing. I found garbage behind the night stand. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were not edible. They were actually sour. The front desk did put a new light bulb in the bathroom but did not have bulbs for the hallway fixture. I would never stay here again.
