“Location was great. Chalet was well equipped with comfortable living space. Relaxing and chilled resort. Beds did not match the rest of the decor. They were low quality and not comfortable. Also the checkout regime of stripping the beds was a bit backpacker esque. Considering otherwise a quality resort. Last point, dog owners. Contrary to online description there are very few places within walking distance to walk a dog. Except along the road.”

“Overall, our stay in the hotel has been quaint and relaxing. It’s surprising that there was free coffee in the lobby for people living in there. The room was pretty big and the view was great with a canal and trees. The environment around the hotel was safe. "Walk from airport to hotel is about 5 min after you exit the building. The breakfast buffet offered good variety. Check in counter reception wasn’t really able to answer my question about stored luggage until I asked to speak to their manager who helped to solve my question. "

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."
