“The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot. And if we ever travel back to New Orleans, we will stay here again!! Thanks Lance!”

“Stayed here for 4 nights in early April. Overall it was a cute and convenient space for our stay. Pros:Didn’t spend too much time in the house but I found these things to be convenient.- easy street parking- close to all the things we needed by car, or to the tram- easily walkable to tasty coffee and brunch- great shower water pressure! “Our stay was very good. The location was far enough from the busy city, but it was still plenty of night life near by that was an extra bonus. The beds were super comfy and clean. The laundry and the steamer were a nice touch to get all the wrinkles out of our going out clothes. The host was very nice and kept us updated and checked up on all us throughout the stay. ”

“Clean, cute upper level apartment in a great location right next to the greenbelt walking path. We walked back and forth to my sister’s apt each day - stopping for coffee along the way.The host was VERY responsive for any questions or needs. The outer gate didn’t work 1 morning because the battery had died and he had the manager there within an hour to get it fixed. “It was a beautiful stay, the bedrooms were huge and the6 were so comfortable and clean! The entire house was spotless, organized and very easy to find things within the house. I enjoyed this stay a-lot and really hope to stay here for our girls trips to NOLA! “This was one of the nicest stays we have had in New Orleans. The pictures are accurate and the host communicated well. It is quiet, and the AC works well. The location is good although it is not a tourist area. We would stay there again. ”

“We had a nice stay and really enjoyed our first visit to the city. The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The pillows were all the same, which I didn’t care for, but the other two people didn’t complain. The bathroom was loaded with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, the towels were soft & fluffy! “Clean.easy to find.new appiances. Air condtioner is great. Unit is small but you know before hand. Only thing i would change is a step to the porch. You cant beat the area. Stores and restaurants close and you can safely walk anywhere. We did. StCharles street is few blocks away if you want to ride the street cars. I will be back.”
