“This house fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was safe and the driveway allowed us to avoid parking and driving. The streetcar was very convenient. The house was very clean. The property manager answered my questions in a very timely manner and was extremely helpful! I would stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans.”

“The stay was wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is adding a few dishes. We had 4 people but 2 bowls for cereal in the morning. It didnt bother me because i used the solo cups and i was fine with that. Overall would recommend to someone and would stay again.”

“We stayed with 3 people for 3 days. The home is lovely and fun. I am a walker and was able to walk around mid-down to the river, it was beautiful. The area is so close to everything! I felt safe with two daughters. Great parking options. ”

“The property is actually a duplex that's connected in the middle so you have two of everything. My friends and I came from all over to spend a nice weekend in New Orleans and this proved perfect for us. The place is a bit rustic - as shown in the pictures- but it has everything you need. As I mentioned in the title, we particularly like the location. Lots of good restaurants in the area and an easy trolley ride down to the French quarter. ”

“Beautiful place!! This was a very New Orleans feel. location was everything too! Trolley right out front. Lots of goodies and amenities, and it was spacious and comfy. We loved it so much, and will return on our next visit! Walk to the park and get beignets and coffee when you come! In a safe area also, close enough to Bourbon st but safe and outside the chaos. Gorgeous overall! Amay was a terrific host, always communicated and let us check out late also...highly recommended!!”

“A very spacious room that housed our party of 6 with still extra rooms! A calm neighbor hood that’s close to many location to go eat or nightlife! A/C came in pretty clutch since humidity could kick some butt if not used to it. Only downfall was the dryer did not work during our stay. Overall I had a great experience! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting NOLA. ”

“The Jazz Nest is an absolute gem and we are so happy we stayed there on our trip to New Orleans! The character and charm it has is incredible and made us feel right at home with the NOLA vibe we were hoping for. Every little detail was perfect and it is evident how much hard work and love the hosts put into this space. Great location and close to so many things. We can’t wait to come back and stay there again! Highly recommend!!”

“My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...

“Stayed in a space that felt like a home away from home A shared backyard, mini pool, and the perfect-size bedroom for us. We loved the little touches—hampers, fresh towels, toilet paper delivery, and yes… coffee (major win )! Everything looked just like the photos, and the host was super responsive There were security cameras for added peace of mind, and although we had a brief internet issue, it was resolved quickly. Staying in this cozy shotgun house was lovely—it felt like home. We had space...

“It was a beautiful stay, the bedrooms were huge and the6 were so comfortable and clean! The entire house was spotless, organized and very easy to find things within the house. I enjoyed this stay a-lot and really hope to stay here for our girls trips to NOLA! Thank you again for the top tier communication and safety, especially in this day and time it is greatly appreciated that my girls and I felt comfortable!”
