“Host - met Doug, the owner. Very nice man. The location was perfect for our family visit. The only suggestions are:More kitchen towels and more bathroom towels and more tolet paper. Also a big bowl for a salad and for beating eggs, etc. Other wise this is perfect. Is it open fror rent JUne 7 to 21st and what is the cost per night? ”

“The house was perfect for exploring New Orleans and going to Mardi Gras. Kitchen and bath were beautifully appointed and very comfortable beds. Super clean. Host was exceptionally helpful and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood with restaurants in walking distance. It's one block off the Canal streetcar line that takes you down to the French quarter or up to City Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Would definitely stay here again.”

“good: communication, creature comforts (towels, coffee). problems: valve in near bathroom does not send full water to shower, only half. The next-door neighbors (not in same building's second duplex, but to the right when facing out to street), are loud at all hours of night, motorcycle repairs and test drives are frequent there as well as loud arguments and music. ”

“Small but great place!! Comfortable. Kitchen out fitted with everything you could need. Even the knives were sharp. Coffee maker is a kuerig, they supply the cups, but we brought our own. Parking 8 feet from the door. Shower flow a 10. Bed a little firmer than we're use to but not too firm. Slept well. Washer and dryer privided detergent. Great part of town with restaurants, coffee shops and grocery within walking distanct. Host outstanding! Very accommodating. Ran low on paper towels and tp……

“The home was so clean and exactly what our family needed. It had a full kitchen with appliances as well as washer and dryer. It was a great get away for our family of 6. The communication was absolutely wonderful with the property owners and management. Would definitely return to visit this property if in the area again. ”
