"Lovely location and hotel is very peaceful and quiet. Lovely breakfast and staff friendly and helpful.
Only negatives were that in the spa the steam room thermostat is not working properly- no steam coming out and the jacuzzi was not hot.
Spa and in standard rooms - toiletries are minimal please could you supply hair conditioner. A plug next to the bedside would be handy to plug phones in"
