North Ridge Pointe Tours

We loved the central location and washer/dryer. Rooms were very clean and well stocked with necessities. Our daughter got car sick just as we made it in to Wichita and we were so happy to have an in room washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent to clean her clothes and car seat. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

Parking garage isn't connected & not convenient. Must use stairs. Rooms are basic with old furnishings. Not in q good part of downtown, too.

We always try and stay at Homewood Suites, for the rooms. This one did not disappoint, it was much larger than most. One giant issue ruined the stay. At 5:04am a trash truck picked up the dumpster and slammed it a dozen times trying to empty it. That was so jarring there was no way to go back to sleep. When we mentioned it on checkout the clerk said that’s been a problem for a year and there is nothing that can be done about it. I find that completely unacceptable. How about firing the trash removal firm? How about telling them you are losing money because of their practices and to go to other businesses in the early morning? I cannot see a firm like Hilton telling its customers you can’t get a full nights sleep with us cause there is nothing we can do about it. There is always something that can be done if you want to solve the issue and maintain customers.
