Small enhancements in the finishes could bring this to a higher rating (front door fits poorly so very hard to open, missing screws on interior door handles, etc.).”

“Ideal for city visit, great if you was going to see football match. Sadly no parking was available at venue like it suggested. So added extra cost £20 per night. Definitely not family friendly under age 5 personally due to windows opening upwards so not safe and they are shutters so could trap fingers easily. Curtains as advertised sound proofing but curtains don’t even fit windows. Blinds in bedroom were broken. Radiator in bedroom hanging off wall and lots of dirt/tissues behind. Under bed was……

“Huge amount of stairs to get to property. Bed was not comfortable. When we picked up keys from lock box for the building and apartment, the keys to the apartment did not open the door -- frustrating after a long day of travel and climbing four flights of stairs. The owner did not take responsibility and more or less accused us of not knowing how to use a key. Just saying "I'm sorry for the mistake" would have worked.”
