“We chose this cottage due to its location in Appledore and that it's dog friendly. We stayed in Apple Tree cottage. It was a lovely surprise to see what lay behind the No 5 door. The cottage was clean and cosy. Tastefully decorated. It was well equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Free WiFi. TV with Net Flix etc.Nice bathroom with bath and shower. It is close to all the amenities Appledore has to offer. It is an ideal base to discover North Devon, which is beautiful. The garden……

“Stayed for a week in apartment in a relatively new block of flats.Stunning view along coast line.Every thing provided.Extra bedding,pillows if needed.Plenty of maps provided for area.Excellent detail provided for heating,waste disposal,recycling etc.Well worth a return visit,Highly Recommended !”

“The property is well located for amenities, it is in a nice area and is modern and well maintained. As a holiday stay it was nice accommodation for a week, however, there was hardly any room to swing a cat in the bedrooms and the beds are not particularly roomy or comfortable - but that could just our preference. The rental price was top end for the area in April 2021. It will be interesting to see what comments visitors have from July/August re prices. Overall it was clean, modern and pleasant……
