"Couldnt see the beach. Staff provided basic confusing information. Was advised of a 200 dollar holding deposit not to be charged and released upon check out... this was not the case and had been charged and upon check out advised this is now a 5 to 6 day turn around from my bank.. not impressed. 1 bath towel per person for a 4 day stay. 1 milk no room clean. Requested 3vtimes for 2 single beds.. not done either. Not impressed with my stay. Expected more from a Peppers resort. Out dated decor."

"We booked here for a Pet Freindly stay to see if our dachshund would cope being a traveller. Well from the moment we booked communication was brilliant with the team about their needs for the dog and our needs of them. On arrival a friendly greeting from Ellie and checked in quickly. A small mini bar in the foyer, a book exchange and a morning coffee cart. In the pet friendly 1 bedroom was a dog bed, bowls, bluey mats, bags, treats and a toy. A welcome pup menu with different pup treats and pupcinno's.....this is a well oiled gig! Our girl had lots of pats from the staff. Everyone throughout the property was always happy and smiling and very efficient right down to text messaging to get information to guests each day. The room itself being well thought out with everything you could need. And the personal courtyard such a brilliant concept with pets. As a travel agent it has ticked all boxes for an apartment block."

"Great central location, close to everything. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and if we were to return we would request a brighter room position to avoid the musty smell."

"Staff excellent. Pool great. Room was requested to be accessible but no response from property to such and I did not have accessible shower. I was also told when requesting beach view that every property faced beach. I booked because of that and did not get a view of beach. Place us convenient but property is tired and old."

"This place is an easy stay everytime, so peaceful and clean. It was pouring rain this time but we could easily get on the bus right out the front or eat at the club without even going outside. Have stayed multiple times never any issues. We did have a back side of the building room this time overlooking Tweed rather than Coolangatta but worked out to be the perfect location to watch the ANZAC Day dawn service from the balcony. Staff are always lovely and accommodating."
