“Throughly enjoyed our stay, place was perfect for our family, very clean, secure and quiet. Cooked every day while the kids enjoyed watching horse and the 2 dogs. Loved the big compound with the trees and sounds of birds in the morning. Thank you Freida.”

“Neil’s place is as described and well located 8 minutes walk from the Scarborough Esplanade - good cafes, restaurants and hotel. Fabulous for sunset watching on the Esplanade. Neil is very generous with his welcome gifts including a bottle of red wine under his own label - I think it was Shiraz. It was nice to have lovely soft white towels (like at home). The beds were not comfortable for us though - only a thin layer of mattress between you and the springs. Overall, a good stay was had by……

“My mum and her partner visited from the uk so I found this little gem for them to stay in. It was absolutely perfect! They thoroughly enjoyed their stay and raved about the accommodation, its location and how wonderful the hosts are. They made such an effort to make their stay as comfortable as possible - even providing gluten free bread for my mum and a bottle of wine on arrival. The whole process was effortless and we couldn’t recommend this place enough. I will certainly be suggesting any……

“Location, size, cleanliness, peaceful, everything about the property was excellent. There were just a couple of minor detractions. There is definitely no swimming pool or dryer as per the blurb on the Stayz Website. The air con is only in the bedroom and all the windows on the southern side are unable to be opened, so no cool ocean breeze. Checkout is supposed to be 11am. We weren’t asked if it was ok if the cleaner came at 10.30, just sent a message saying that’s what was happening. The owners……
