The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher before you leave, you’ll find a dishwashing pod to toss in and from there you simply select the wash cycle, hit play, and close the door.
Please ensure the back door is locked and check for any personal belongings prior to leaving. Our cleaning crew will be in shortly after your 11 am checkout time. Thank you so much!

Our home is a peaceful retreat, and we kindly ask that you do not host any parties or events during your stay or exceed our maximum occupancy of 6.
Upon checkout, please place all trash in exterior bin, dishes in sink, and all towels in washer and select AI wash. (Soap auto dispenses for laundry)

Perfect place for those weekend visits!

Parents of OU students this is the perfect weekend place. Great location, amenities are above and beyond and you are close to all the nightlife! Lucky for us our son is staying 3 more years for law school. We will most definitely rent this home again!

Best place to stay in Norman

I always have a lot to complain about. This place was perfect and the host was great. Very honest, responsive and accommodating host. House is exactly how it is described and shown in pictures. Area is great very quiet and safe.
