Hi Erma! I'm so sorry for your experience. There is electricity problem in the zone, but we do have our power plant as a back up. We do have plenty of water provided by Rawacala Park, we would like to know what issues you had with the water. And, unfortunately, we do not allow beverages or food from outside our premises since we do offer them in our restaurant. Hope this clears any doubts you have.
