"The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. "

"If I could have less than 1 star, I would pick that for this hotel. Most of my concerns about this hotel are reported in other reviews. So I don’t want to repeat them but agree with them. I made a mistake of booking this hotel instead of booking a similar named hotel in the neighborhood that I was hoping to book. Hotel management is rude and unfriendly. "Beautiful view from the rooftop, nice area"

"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."
