Living Room and Kitchen:
The living room includes a comfortable queen-size sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), perfect after a day on the slopes or riding through the mountains. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee machines, raclette set, kettle, and toaster. A Smart TV is available for watching the news or streaming content.
Bedroom:
Along with the sofa bed, the apartment includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), one single bed, and one pull-out bed (90 x 190 cm), suitable for adults and offering a total of six sleeping spots.
Bathroom:
The new bathroom includes a shower, sink, and separate toilet. A hairdryer and towels are provided for your comfort.
Outdoor amenities:
Relax in our sunny outdoor area where a bright solarium invites you to unwind. Enjoy meals together around the large table and cook up delicious grilled dishes with the barbecue available for your use. Next to the property, a traditional bread oven promises a unique and convivial culinary experience. Everything is here to make the most of warm and delightful outdoor moments!

- A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal laundry room, making it easy for you to handle your laundry during your stay.
- On the ground floor, you’ll find everything you need to store your ski equipment.
- We also provide (on request) all the necessary equipment for young children, including a travel cot and a high chair, so that the whole family can feel comfortable.
- Board games are also available to liven up your evenings.
Winter Sports Access:
Only 3 minutes by car from the Orelle gondola (with free parking), this apartment connects you to the 3 Vallées – the world’s largest ski area, featuring 600 km of runs and 200 lifts. Val Thorens’ summit is accessible in under 20 minutes. The connection to Val Thorens is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm during the winter season.
Nearby resorts also include Valmeinier (20 min), Valloire (30 min), Les Karellis (30 min), and Val Cenis (40 min).
Summer Activities: Cycling, Hiking & Nature:
Maurienne is the world’s largest cycling area with more than 1,600 km of marked routes and legendary mountain passes (Galibier, Télégraphe, Croix-de-Fer, Iseran, Madeleine…). Orelle is an ideal base for road or mountain biking.
Hikers will love the proximity to Vanoise National Park with its trails, lakes, and wildlife. Families can enjoy via ferrata, lake swimming, adventure parks, and local festivals and markets.
In summer (July and August), the connection to Val Thorens is open only on Tuesdays, from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Outside the winter and summer seasons, the gondola remains closed.
Access:
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the apartment is easier to reach than those in Tarentaise, especially during busy periods. Orelle is a small, family-oriented resort with excellent winter road maintenance. Only 5 minutes from the motorway exit and 1h45 from Lyon and Geneva airports and TGV stations. Free parking available.

– Pets are not allowed.
– This apartment is on the 3rd floor and may not be accessible for guests with reduced mobility (stairs only).
