At the last minute we did have an AC issue with the rental you were to go to. So for that we did upgrade you to a private pool home which had its own game room/pool and spa. When you contacted me regarding the spa not working, I went by and it was working. You had to turn both knobs for the spa. One is for heat and the other is for the bubbles. Both worked when I went by. The pool was not dirty when I went by and is professionally cleaned weekly. I do have time stamped photos of when the pool was serviced during your stay. The dryer you reported as not drying properly. We did since have it serviced as is working fine now. With vacation rentals its customary to get a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish tabs, trash bags and bar soap. However once you go through that you do have to supply your own. Trash is only picked up once per week by the county. I myself took out the trash before you arrived and actually while you were there put the recycle bin out on your behalf.

Hello. We have reviewed this response and after speaking to you surprised you left this remark. To start the particular condo you booked did require a resort fee. You advised me that you were not aware of this. You admittedly arrived early and the check in time is not until 4pm. Even if it was a few minutes or an hour early they don't provide information until 4pm during this busy season as cleaners are desperately trying to get the rentals ready in a timely manner and don't always have a minute to update it that its clean. We did provide the correct check in details, however we understand there was a break down at the clubhouse and this may have delayed you just a few moments for getting into your rental initially. If there was do DVD player, I apologize. Unfortunately you did not mention this during your stay so we did not find out it was missing until after you departed from the rental. Had we have known I could have delivered one to you. The chair you show pictures of was covered with a proper chair cover. For some reason you had removed it. Otherwise the chair is in perfect working order. Sometimes the TVs go offline due to the wrong input being entered. Easy fix if you are in front of the TV but not as easy over the phone to explain. The text your received about checking out early until the "figured it out" lasted no more than 15 minutes. With all of this in mind....since you mentioned you were not aware of the resort fee and for the issues you mentioned above , we did compensate you very fairly.

Hello. We apologize that you did not get the condo you booked. Sometimes these things happen and are out of our control. However we did provide an upgraded location, gave you a late check out and other offers given to try to make up for the last minute change. We strive for excellent customer service and would have been happy to come to the rental if there was an issue. We hope you do give us another try as we have many wonderful rentals to offer.

It is not ideal to be moved and as this was Christmas week we are happy we were able to accommodate you in larger rental (even if it was not needed). This property had the same amenities as described online. Condos have a community pool (not private). Thank you for your understanding in this situation.
