“Wir (8 Herren) hatten einen sehr angenehmen Kurz-Urlaub im Naturhotel Hochheide. Die Premiumzimmer Alpin ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Neben einem sehr bequemen Bett, gibt es im Nebenraum eine tolle Couch und für den, der es braucht tatsächlich einen zweiten(!) Fernseher. Der Frühstücksraum und besonders das Frühstück machten den Start in den Tag sonnig und leicht. Die Lounge- Bar machte den Abend noch runder. Ein besonderes Lob gebührt dem Service. Mit Ruhe, Gelassenheit, wichtigen Hinweisen,……

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles passte zu 100%. Personal: freundlich, hilfsbereit, flott. Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel gegeben. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der moderne Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend. Der Außenpool mit Blick auf die Skipiste. Das Frühstück ist sehr frisch und mit guter Auswahl. Der Latte Macchiato mit Abstand der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe. Das Hotel ist älteren Baujahrs jedoch an vielen Stellen modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Zudem konnte man sich einen Tee kochen, entsprechendes Equipment war im Zimmer vorhanden. Auch zwei kleine Flachen mit Wasser standen zum Trinken bereit. Das Bad war modernisiert und alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab ein Frühstücksbüffet. Sonderwünsche, wie ein Ei, gebraten oder gekocht wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.”

“We kwamen laat aan en daarom had ik ook voor dit hotel gekozen: inchecken mogelijk tot 22 uur volgends de info. Hoewel ik bij de boeking had aangegeven dat we er tussen 21 en 22 uur zouden zijn, was de deur al op slot. Ze zaten nog wel in de bar dus we konden erin. De sleutel hadden ze buiten klaar gelegd zodat we erin hadden gekund. Dat hadden we echter zelf moeten verzinnen. Van de communicatie had ik meer verwacht, juist omdat dat zo makkelijk is via de Hotels app. Toen we eenmaal binnen……
