The master bedroom is gorgeous and comfortable (AC in the bedrooms). The bathrooms all have walk-in showers with heated towel bars. It has to be the very best space to rent in Montefalco. "Un appartamento molto curato nel mastio del castello di Sermugnano. Due ampie stanze un bel bagno nella parte alta di quello che era la torre centrale del castello. Un piccolo borgo rurale nelle colline orvietane, moooolto suggestivo. Accoglienza perfetta, appartamento dotato di tutto per viverci. Un luogo al centro di itinerari tra Orvieto e Civita, perfetto per passare qualche giorno visitando paesi incantati. Da provare. rapporto prezzo qualità onestissimo. "This is a very beautifull place to stay. We stayed in An appartement with good beds, Nice furniture. The equipement in the kitchen is too basic to cook a meal. The environment is also beautifull with a Nice lake and lovely villages to visit in the neighbourhood."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Veronika's place and it's proximity to Orvieto (about a 25 minute drive away). During our stay we visited Todi, Assisi, Amelia and Lake Bolsena. We shopped every day at the Coop in Orvieto near the autoroute. The kitchen was very well equiped. We enjoyed cooking in the evening. The only thing to flag for others - if you are driving and you have a very big car - the dirt track to the property is very, very narrow and our car only just fit! Hence the reason we...

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. "Such a beautiful resort. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all so amazing and helpful. Rome was about 1.5 - 2 hours away by transit but it was so worth it to stay at this resort. Very easy to take the transit. Very authentic Italian and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. This resort is up on a high hill that cars cannot go up so be prepared to walk up a step hill or 2 but worth it!"
