“Kjempefin mottakelse i resepsjonen. Flott tilbud med gratis kaffe og kaker også på natt. Det som drar ned i vurderingen er renhold på rommet. Mye rusk på gulvet. Virket som rommet var halvveis i oppussing med nyrenovert bad, men farger på rommet i disharmoni og sagspon på gulvet. I tillegg seng som knirket helt forferdelig. Flott med vannkoker m/kaffe og te på rommet. Savnet et lite kjøleskap. ”

“Vi bestilte på vertshuset Røros og ble flyttet hit uten noen beskjed. Det var dårlig siden vi ønsket å bo i sentrum. Nå ble vi flyttet utenfor og vekk fra ett rikt tilbud om cafeer, barer og restauranter. Selve Røros hotel er slitent, men fantastisk god service oppveier en del. Og baren med mat var utrolig flott, med veldig god mat og drikke. Basseng og lekeland for vår datter var helt perfekt, men ekstrautgift da vi ikke hadde med badetøy. ”
