“Entire townhome has been updated. Home was very clean and well stocked. Manager and Team VERY responsive to questions and needs. No need too insignificant in their view. Couldn't figure out fan and remote controls. Promptly came to home to ensure batteries working and ensure we knew how to operate. Thank you again Devi and Stacy. Most management companies would have not been as responsive to such a minute concern. Have been going to Cape for (8) years and reluctant to stay at Barrier Dunes due……

“This condo was very well laid out with plenty of living area. It was also well appointed with about everything you need for a beach trip. The back porch area was really large and had a fun vibe. Short walk to Beach and several local stores. Food was also available nearby.”

“Unfortunately, pool was closed and I missed that on the listing. The condo is located right across from the gulf and the beach is beautiful. It is a very busy road in front of the condo but there is a crosswalk. The traffic can be noisy but does slow down at 11pm for the night. There is not a lot in Mexico beach but we enjoyed our relaxed time there. ”
