“The apartment itself is nice, but several operational issues made the stay frustrating. The bathroom had extremely dim lighting and water leaked onto the floor after every shower, creating a safety hazard. I reported this on day one, but it took three days to be moved—only to a room with the same problem. There was no Wi-Fi for three days. Management cited router issues and initially said they couldn’t help because I booked through Expedia, which is not the guest’s responsibility. I only……
