Beautiful house completely renovated, located in a very quiet residential area just a few minutes walk from Canadell beach.

The house belongs to a complex of 5 houses with communal pool and fully independent private garden where you can enjoy peace and quiet.

House is distributed over two floors with a maximum capacity for 7 people.

It consists of a porch and private garden in addition to the garden and a garage for two cars.

It has a nice furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and meals in the sun. Living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine). Living room with access to the garden
