“This is a beautiful house with the most spectacular view down the valley! Kids and adults loved the pool, either jumping in repeatedly or relaxing on the sun loungers. The house itself is huge, well equipped and a cool escape when the temperature rose. The location of the house is on a road but that didn’t bother us. We had a hire car which we felt was essential ( although there was a small bus that regularly went past the house) it was a short drive to the nearest village (you can’t walk……

“This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your needs. Their home is beautiful, it is clean, and the amenities are over the top. Upon arriving, there were pastries for us to enjoy. Over the next week, we were given the opportunity to sample local products, even some that they made themselves. We had coffee available to us every morning too. The rooms and space was exactly as described. The pictures of the property do not……

“This is a remote place to stay, small, quiet, old and charming. It’s really only suitable for a couple maybe with children. The owner was there to meet us. He was thorough in acquainting us with the place and its amenities. We loved it. A real step back in time. ”
