“We had a wonderful week-long stay and really enjoyed our time at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the BBQ was clean and worked perfectly, which made it easy to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the house. The location was also great, with easy access to Whiskeytown……

“Great House, space and location, however, toilet didn’t flush and dishwasher had to be replaced while we were there, property overall needs maintenance upkeep, Hoat lives in basement in the house so that was strange but he was very responsive and nice guy.”

“My son’s family decided to come for a surprise last minute visit during Kool April Nights week and the Charade house was the perfect home away from home for our family! As we arrived later in the evening, we had accidentally left the car trunk open and a kind neighbor came and let us know. I was so grateful and felt safe with people looking out for us! The neighborhood was beautiful with a little park just a short walk away. We loved all the little details of the home! Although we didn’t use……

“We loved the location of this home. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private and fully fenced. Nice patio with table and chairs and propane fire pit with nice benches. The house had everything we needed. Very spacious and clean. The towels and bedding were top notch. Communication with the host was great. Very quick to respond and text all the information you need for check in and check out. We travel to Redding often for work and will stay here again if available.”
