Excellent, friendly & helpful staff from greeting on arrival, right through reception, restaurants, bars & housekeeping staff all the way to guest relations & hotel general manager nothing but praise for all staff who helped make us feel very relaxed & at home. "Wonderful hotel - staff were welcoming - lovely surprise when our room was upgraded to sea and harbour view with balcony. This was the cherry on top - as the pools, sunbeds, swim up bar and extremely high standards of all facilities would have alone, made staying here an absolute pleasure. Beautifully designed and great layout of the property with the iconic palms, and a fantastic location just added to the experience. Really highly recommended. "
