Clean and comfortable condo
Condo had everything we needed and was very clean. We had 3 adults total and this condo was the perfect size for us. Owner was easy to work with and responded promptly to questions we had. Perfect location next to Schooners and we enjoyed watching beach volleyball games just below our balcony. Loved having beach chairs included in our stay! Highly recommend.

A piece of paradise
This was the most amazing trip we have taken so far. Frank-condo owner and Gayle in charge of cleaning were amazing and went out of their way to make this a memorable vacation. Thank you both for being such blessing to us during our stay. Well worth the money. you won't regret it.

The front door was hard to open My husband checked it and saw that the screws were coming out of the doorjam The towels were dingy kinda made me feel like they weren’t clean so I washed them again Sand on the furniture Had to guess what the stove was on because there’s no number or which burner is which we have a gas stove I always bring my own sheets so no biggie but the sheets were pilling But overall it was good

Thanks for the review and info. Thank you husband for fixing the screws and I will have it looked at. Also wilchange out the dingy towels. New stove decals were on back order but are now being installed. New cleaner used a scrubber. Thanks again and hope to see you soon.

What a great condo! Location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed- from linens and pillows to cooking. We go to Panama every summer and we will def be booking here again!

Excelent week
We had a great week in PCB and this rental and owner were perfect fit for us. Communication with the owner was the best I have ever experenced. We have stayed at Seycheles many times and this was one of the very best trips. Highly recomend this unit.

Beach fun
I had a great experience with this stay. The condo was very clean and beautiful. I enjoyed my beach chairs and the beach. However I like being down by Pier Park it's so easy to walk to everything. Overall every thing was very nice and easy to rent this condo. I recommend this condo with a 5 star!!

Fantastic time!
Condo was amazing and we LOVED the location! We love PCB but don’t love the noise and staying at Seychelles is so much quieter. My kiddos loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Having Schooners right next door was sooooo nice. Great food and drinks. Owner was quick to respond to messages. We had a great vacation here,

Condo was small but comfortable and kept well. We had a broken chair on the balcony, hall bathroom toilet kept running and air conditioner was leaking in apartment below. It says sleeps 6 but really should be 2 adults and 4 children because it has 2 bunk beds, and the pull-out sofa was too uncomfortable for adults. I loved the way them send you the information to get into the condo, so you do not have to go to a sales office at check-in.

Nice clean condo
Condo was extremely clean, has a nice view. The weather was ideal the week we stayed. The only issue was that the condo building maintenance was working on the concrete walkways with grinders for most of the week all day long which reverberated throughout the entire structure. That probably does not occur all the time, it did during our stay. But the condo and owner were great. 5 stars.

Much needed getaway
This was a much needed kid free week for my husband and I. We love the condo, location and all the fabulous restaurants in the area. The chair attendants were fabulous! We enjoyed visiting with them, watching them work the jet skis and made some new friends too. We will definitely be back!

Great condo!
This was our first time at Seychelles. Great condo and location! Room had everything you need. 4th floor had great balcony views. Room also had boogie boards and extra beach chairs which was nice! Loved having the two pools, so one wasn't overly crowded. Baby pool and hot tub were nice as well! Only thing I would suggest is maybe some new kitchen skillets, some of the handles were loose, and could really use a new master bed mattress. Hard on the back and made alot of noise when rolling around or getting up.

The whole process was perfect. I had several questions for the property Mgr/owner Frank and he immediately would reply and answer all my questions. Can’t ask for more than that. The view was spectacular and the closest to the shore I’ve ever been when vacationing in Florida. We will do this again! Perfect floor level and never heard any annoying sounds from other units. Had all the essentials of home and I felt very safe and happy all week. Reasonable price and fantastic owners. Schooners next door to walk up beachside was terrific too. Love love love this place!!! Thank you Frank for a wonderful experience!!!!

The condo was so nice! The reason I gave the check-in process only a three is because everyone shows up at the same time. The check-in times need to be staggered like maybe 2 3 and 4 so everyone isn't trying to check in at the same time. Other than that our stay was awesome!

Peaceful Paradise
This condo was nothing short of amazing. The location is far enough down from the more crowded area of the beach that it was quiet and relaxing, but also a very short drive to amazing restaurants and great shopping. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. I will look forward to the next chance we can visit again.

What a view!
Property nicely located in quieter end of South Lagoon. Condo a little on the older side but spacious and clean. You can catch all your rays from the fourth floor balcony that over looks two pools and a beautiful beach. The beach attendants will spoil you as they tend to your umbrella and chaise. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return next spring.

We would go again.
Property and our experience was just as we expected it. Low key atmosphere in the area which is just as we like it. If we needed more excitement it was within easy distance. With planned side day trips during the month to Destin, Tallahassee, Ft. Rucker, and Atlanta (overnight) we could not have been in a better spot. Communication with the host was easy and the few questions we had were answered.

The Pictures Don't Do It Justice
We LOVED our time here! The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is very comfortable, and the view is perfect. I was concerned before we arrived at the size of the pool versus how big the building is. However there are 2 identical pools and we were never crowded at all. The owner is very easy to communicate with if needed. We will be back, for sure!

We LOVED location, away from the traffic. Communication with property owner was quick and helpful. Loved the beach service company, They were so nice. Elevators were fast. Hall bath shower had fantastic water pressure. Washer/dryer seemed really new and did a great job. The entire property could use updating, and the unit could use some updates, such as kitchen cookware and living room furniture. We were not able to enjoy balcony because of smokers around us. Maybe after busy season the unit could have a deep-cleaning. Overall, the positives outweighed any negatives for us.

This room was very nice and clean. Worked well for my family of 6. Bed was comfortable. Elevators were fast. Next to schooners. Put our reservation in and went back to wait in the room. Best meal we had. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a great 5 night stay! Frank was great giving us information before arrival and answered very quick. The place was immaculate! Gayle is wonderful! Schooners is right next door, very convenient. Great food and drinks, very casual, such a fun place to hang out. The condo is not far from Andrew's Park which is beautiful. Loved being at the quieter end of PCB. The condo is so nicely decorated and comfortable. It was so great to have 2 beach chairs and umbrella service included with the unit. We would love to come back sometime. Great stay/location and easy checkin and checkout
Owner was great to deal with and had easy instructions. Condo was clean with everything working. Great location next to Schooners. The only knock was that the property was listed as a 3 bedroom but we really didn’t require that and suspected that the condo was actually a 1 bedroom. We had no issues during our stay except for the property having a slippery surface around the pool causing my wife to fall while holding our newborn. Nice trip to the local urgent center. Management was responsive and pressure washed the area. Overall, we’d stay there again.
