The property had everything we needed and Fida and Chris were on hand if you needed them, but respected your privacy so you could enjoy the peace of the surroundings or a dip in their plunge pool to cool off. The views from the covered terrace took our breath away with the sunsets over the Messanian Bay to our keft and the awe inspiring Taygetus mountains to the right.Our hosts Eleni and Serafim were there to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the house which did not disappoint. “Carlos Mansion Hotel was the first stop on our Peloponnesian trip and it was a delight to spend time at the hotel. In truth, it's more of a serviced flat than a hotel and the owners take extra care to make sure your stay is comfortable and quiet. The area is quite rural but still easily walkable to Methoni, and the flat itself was well-appointed and a little oasis to relax and enjoy quiet breakfasts or afternoon siestas. ”
