不满意：清洁度
Great stay for a weekend, but not for longer stays.
We gave this stay a 4-star primarily because of the location, which was excellent (ground floor entrance in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, lots of cafes, restaurants, shopping and public transportation nearby). There is a well-stocked grocery store around the corner and a laundromat about 5 doors away. The access to the apartment and responsiveness of the host to our questions and concerns was also excellent which added to this rating.Unfortunately, we did have some issues with the apartment, namely the cleanliness of the apartment upon our arrival (very stained rug, dirty floors, dirty kitchen utensils/glassware), sharp edges around the bathroom and kitchen sink, very limited paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags) for the length of our stay, no instructions on how to operate appliances (hot plate stove top, mircrowave/oven, washer/dryer), and persistent dripping sound coming from closet where washer/dryer is located, among other things.We contacted the host about these issues, and they did reply back to us fairly quickly offering some limited guidance on how to operate the appliances and a mid-stay cleaning of the apartment, which we did decline. There were problems with the washer/dryer so we ended up having to use the laundromat down the street. Overall, this property is fine if you are only staying for a long weekend, but not necessarily for an extended stay like we had.
