Welcome to this elegant 110 sqm flat, ideally located just a few steps from the famous Place de la République, in the heart of the 11ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, Avenue de la République.



Combining charm and refinement, this bright space captivates with its meticulous decoration and generous volumes. Perfectly equipped, it offers all the comfort needed to accommodate up to six people in a warm and friendly atmosphere.



The Space:

Located on the second floor of a beautiful building with elevator, you still have a small flight of stairs to get into the unit.



The noble furnitures, parquet flooring, ceiling moldings and sophisticated decoration of each room have been carefully crafted to create a luxurious ambience, in a somewhat baroque and modern style, for a high-end stay in the City of Light.

The apartment is fully equipped with A/C.



It opens onto a beautiful living room with a sofa and two armchairs, perfect for relaxing in style. This room converts into an elegant dining room with a table seating six.



The kitchen is fully equipped.



The three bedrooms are particularly spacious and bright.



Two have a King-Size bed, and one has a double bed. Each room includes a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. They also feature plenty of storage spaces.

A classic Parisian

Recently and beautifully renovated in a classic Parisian style and located on one of Paris’ amazing public squares. My 4 friends and I took advantage of the taxi from the airport option which made getting to the apartment a breeze. And we were greeted by Ilana who let us in. Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Also close proximity to the Metro, bakeries and grocery store. It made for a great stay in Paris.
