This beautiful apartment overlooking the Eiffel Tower was renovated in July 2023. You'll love its layout and exceptional location. Located 15 minutes from Paris, on the 2nd floor with elevator in a quiet, secure residence with parking space, 2 steps from the tramway station and shops. This apartment with separate bedroom and sofa bed is ideal for visiting Paris and the surrounding area, as well as for business trips.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a quiet, secure residence. A basement parking space is provided.
It comprises
- A living/dining room with a table and chair, a 47-inch 4K TV, a comfortable convertible sofa, a coffee table.
- A walk-through balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
- A pretty bedroom with Queen-size bed, bedside table and wardrobe.
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin, washing machine (completely renovated in July 2023).
- A separate kitchen with all the equipment you need to prepare delicious meals (oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave).
The neighborhood is quiet, and the residence has a playground for children. Shops and the tramway are less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Only persons registered at the time of booking may access the accommodation. You cannot book for another person.
An additional deposit is required for travelers with less than 3 comments.
Parties and birthdays are not allowed, pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
