Just a 7 minute walk from Porte de Charenton station on line 8 and 10 minutes from the Bois de Vincennes, the location offers both convenience and charm. Local shops and restaurants are also within easy reach.

This ground floor studio opens directly onto the street and is set in a peaceful neighbourhood. Guests should be aware that the entrance leads straight to the street.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for a short stay, including a microwave, mini fridge with freezer, induction hob, coffee machine and more, making it easy to prepare simple meals at home.

The living space is generously sized and features a high quality sofa bench that easily converts into a double bed. With adjustable drawers to suit your needs, it comfortably accommodates two guests.

L'annonce était trompeuse sur les taxes de séjour. 32 nous ont été demandés après la réservation effectuée.Il n'était également stipulé nulle part les conditions d'annulation, nous les avons eu après avoir payé et ne sont clairement pas avantageuses pour les clients. La communication avec les hôtes n'est pas fluide car seulement par mail et impossibilité de parler en français avec le seul contact téléphonique que j'ai eu. L'appartement donnait directement sur la rue et n'était pas du tout isolé et la porte ne comportait aucun numéro donc très difficile à trouver.La gestion des clefs n'a pas non plus été évidente car plus de 30 minutes de marche de notre logement.
