HostnFly offers you this cozy studio of 14 m2 located in the heart of the 9th arrondissement. It has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.
It is ideal for one person or couple.

## Logement
Located on the 5th and last floor with elevator, the apartment includes :
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed (2 people)
- a functional shower room ;
- and a fully-equipped kitchen.
You'll particularly appreciate its bright, quiet setting.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: washing machine, fridge, Velux window with remote control, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
Please note that the kitchen tap can be turned down to open the window.
The apartment is well laid out. It is located :
- 160 m from the "Grands Boulevards" metro station;
- close to bars, cafés and shops.
Good places to visit: Le Passionné (gourmet restaurant) and La Crème de Paris (best crepes and waffles in Paris).
Places of interest close to your accommodation:
- Musée Grévin 4 minutes' walk away;
- Grand Rex (cinema) 6 minutes walk away;
- Galeries Lafayette Haussmann 15 minutes away;
- Palais Garnier 19 minutes away; and many more...

Paris's 9th arrondissement is a pleasant place to visit and live. A shopping and leisure district, it may be a little less busy than Les Halles, but its population is more mature and diverse. With high-standard but affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another. The south of the arrondissement, noisy and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.

- Metro station:
Lines 8 and 9: Grands Boulevards station: 4-minute walk.
- Bus :
Lines 74 and 85: Provence - Faubourg Montmartre station: 3-minute walk.
Line 39: Petites Écuries station: 6-minute walk.
- From Gare du Nord station: 15 minutes by public transport.
- From Paris-Orly airport: 53 minutes by cab.
- From Charles de Gaulle airport: 50 minutes by cab.
