Perfectly placed right next to the Arc du Triomphe with excellent metro links all over the city within walking distance. Also walking distance from the Trocadero and Eiffel tower!

Communication with the host was fantastic. Super clean apartment with views as advertised. Steps from the Arc and Champs Elysees. Just make sure to go to 16 and not 16 Bis to save any confusion when accessing the property.

The location is great, right across from the Arc de Triomphe. However, the room is really hot and has no AC. It is even hotter than outside. It feels like a steam sauna in the summer. The fan is small and the room temperature is close to 40C, even though it’s 35C outside.

La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.
