“We got switched through 3 different rooms before we finally gave up and left to find another hotel. The first room smelled of cigarette smoke terribly at an allegedly non smoking property, the second room had an overbearing chemical bleach/chlorine (not normal cleaning product smell) that made us sick and the 3rd room had stains all over the bedding and excrement on the nightstand light. Even after going through 3 rooms and not staying they refused to refund the room more than 50% which they……

“For a basic hotel it was nice. Limited outlets for plugging in small electrics, cellphones etc., though. Too few options for lights; bright overhead light or one dim light by a window seat. No lamps; okay if you're not a reader but not good if you are. Fine bathroom. Limited TV stations. Breakfast was fine. Staff was helpful and pleasant.”

“We liked our stay there but we couldn’t find the stairwells. One time there was a line for the elevator so we thought we’d take the steps and we couldn’t find them.”
