“This place is beautiful and charming. My self and my two horn h children stayed on the first floor in the large suite with two beds and a pull out futon. Unfortunately, the entire third floor was rented out to a family who were extremely loud. The children continuously ran around the floor and one evening the family had a party that was completely out of hand. I think the children were rolling pool balls on the floor and bowling with them. It was awful. Complaining did not cease the noise,……

“We recently returned from spending a week at this wonderful property. It is within a 5-minute drive to downtown Hilo with its many restaurants and shops. The home is situated at the end of a dead-end street and is very quiet. The home is older but very charming and offers all of the amenities of a newer property. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all you could need. The lanai was wonderful and gave amazing birds eye views of the ocean. However, the table and chairs shown in the photo is no……

I'm a Midwest girl born and raised in Missouri, and that's where I plan to stay, but this home in Hilo became a home away from home. “We loved the house and the farm setting overlooking the ocean. Josh was extremely helpful in showing us around and getting us settled. We didn't take advantage of the beautiful kitchen, but we might have done so over a longer stay. Bed and bathroom are spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light. Once we figured out how to divide our time with the cats on the veranda rocking chairs, it worked out well for them and us. ”
