The suite was well layed out and came complete with a small kitchenette. Very walkable from our location. The staff were amazing. I had questions before we even started our vacation and they were quick to respond. Upon arrival, they were extremely helpful in trying to make our vacation a memorable experience. The only concern would be the first flight of stairs that had to be climbed before reaching the elevator. If stairs are an issue then this could be game changing. We didn’t give it a second thought. All the positives out weighed this one negative. We highly recommend this location. It should be noted that they have a few other properties in the area.

Yes, it was everything we had hoped for. Well located and appointed. Close to everything. The best part was the helpful YOUROPO staff. RITA was amazingly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. Her assistance made our visit so much more enjoyable. Her colleague, LUZ, was also very detailed and wonderful to work with. Thank you! Exceptional - beautiful building - great ambience, welcoming and helpful staff, fab breakfast, and fado show in this serene setting.

The location was very convenient, with a metro station, restaurants, grocery stores, and a major shopping street within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations.for places to eat. One of their recommendations to go to praca da poveiros which has several restaurants was useful more than once and our favorite was Ribeiros. The property was very clean and modern.
