“Wonderful ”

“Once we found the property it was such a lovely stay. You do have to go up some stairs so bare that in mind but other than that it was amazing. Great location close to shops, bars and restaurants. Hosts were really lovely and communicative.”

“NO WORKING WINDOWS The photos of the apartments are all mixed up so its not possible to see the actual apartment you will be allocated. The apartment I was allocated had no widow in the bathroom and the air vent did not work. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom which also had no window. There was one window in the living room/kitchen that was painted shut. It was clear that the apartment had not been aired out for a long long time. It was incredibly stuffy and did not smell fresh. The apartment……

“Apartment was as described, clean and tidy. Only a couple of issues, tv in the bedroom had sound but we couldn’t get a picture. The hot water seemed a bit erratic but we managed to figure out that the shower control needed to be moved round but it still ran hot and cold at times. Apartment quite stuffy at night but it was in a heatwave, we did open the windows but the traffic noise very loud. Great location for walking into town, we did the walls early on Sunday morning to avoid the crowds and……

“Well equipped in peaceful rural setting. Very handy for Broughton shopping park. Good bus service into Chester and surrounding areas. Will certainly return there.”

“A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again.”

“Brilliant. The reception girl is so nice! Very hot welcoming. She’s so lovely, with room upgrade.”

“Really nice grounds and private lodges. Hot tub was lovely. The lodge could have been cleaner - the blinds were dirty, there was dust on the light shades and dirt around the edges of the rooms. The boiler worked but it didn’t seem to warm up the main living area. We ended up putting the oven on and leaving the door open. The oven was electric (not fan) and the element was at the top so it burnt food before cooking it. Rich, the out of hours member of staff was extremely helpful and went out of……

“What a fantastic and peaceful 5 night stay. The hut was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and peaceful get away, and would certainly stay there again. Due to the hot weather and many wildfires in Wales, there was a BBQ and fire ban, so we had to alter what we had planned to cook, with only 2 hob rings, a microwave and a small fridge, but with a bit of organisation and regular……

“環境整潔齊全 只有樓下酒吧在夜晚時比較嘈吵”

“Handy location, friendly staff and comfortable”

“Outstanding property with easy access and great communication beforehand. The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. The place is beautiful and a real real gem. I definitely will be back like Arnie once said….”

“Really calm place very in tune with nature, everything was working as it should. Very easy to find and very close to the beach..”

“Location was great- 10 min walk to centre. Property was huge- good for hen/stag do, which it is probably aimed at. The property is tired, showers cold or low pressure/ not overly clean. Feels like it needs a good deep clean, wouldn’t want to walk round with bare feet. Unfortunately, one of our party cut their foot on smashed glass in the hot tub. Additionally, one of the children also found smashed glass on the floor in the living area but fortunately was not hurt. ”
