Design house in Tuscan style surrounded by nature

Surrounded by the nature of the Val Pedogna, near the natural park of the Alpi Apuane, in a secluded and quiet position, the Residence “Ai Sorbi” is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The entire property has been recently renovated and equipped with elegant furniture, with the typical Tuscan architecture mixed up with a modern style. The owner Andrea Salvetti is an artist who built this home with the help of some of the best designers (E.Sottsass, G.Pesce,A.Ciffo etc.). Moreover, the position of the house is really perfect, since it is surrounded by the nature of a valley but 22 km away from Lucca and 35 km away from the sea. You can easily reach the Garfagnana, with its typical products (porcino mushrooms, chestnuts flour and hulled wheat), as well as Pisa, Florence, Siena and other Tuscan destinations. The stone swimming pool is 13x6 m and you can get to the property through 500 m of a paved road.

Perfect property under the Tuscan Su
If you are looking for an authentic Tuscan experience this property is for you . Limited cell service but wifi is great. The property is beautiful. The host was very helpful. Do not arrive in the dark as it is a bit hard to find and the roads up are challenging. But definitely worth it. Bring your groceries to avoid the up and down. You will love the view !

This is a lovely property in some lovely countryside. We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Tuscany in stunning scenery. The house is really nicely decorated and outside is fantastic including a great pool. You are immersed in nature (birds, cicadas, even deer...) but not so far from shops, ice cream, cafes, and a short trip to Lucca.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Patrizia, die Gastgeberin, war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Objekts ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe, jedoch erfordert es eine kurze Fahrt, um Aktivitäten zu unternehmen Wir kommen gerne wieder hierhin.

Geweldige plek om vakantie te vieren
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd in Toscane gehad. Het huis is fijn, prachtige omgeving, uitzicht op de bergen, heerlijk rustig. Het weggetje op het laatst is even wennen. Iedere dag de berg af geweest om wat te bezichtigen. Lucca, pisa, florence, zee, marmergroeve, barga. Prima te doen met de auto. Lekker eten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Fabelhafte Ferienwohnung in der Toscana
Wer die Ruhe und die Natur zu schätzen weiß, ist hier genau richtig. Das Anwesen liegt sehr abgelegen in der Natur. Der Panoramablick über das Tal ist wunderschön. Nach einem Ausflug kann man sich im eigenen Pool erfrischen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Patrizia, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt auch gute Ratschläge für den Urlaub. Das junge Paar nebenan war einfach nur liebenswert. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür. Entspannter Urkaub inmitten der Tiskana
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten und schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist einfach, aber eben landestypisch im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Von der großen Terasse neben dem Haus hat man einen tollen Blick ins Tal. Der Pool ist sehr groß und man kann sich wunderbar darin entspannen. Patrizia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin mit vielen praktischen Empfehlungen.

Super Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Umgebung
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem super Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Patrizia ist eine sehr liebe Gastgeberin. Unsere Kinder fanden natürlich den großen Pool am Besten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für schöne Ausflüge: Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und auch zum Meer mit Sandstrand. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastisk sted, lever fuld ud op til beskrivelsen. Ligger helt oppe på en bjergtop, kun omgivet sf skov og blå himmel. Eneste minus var meget dårlig wifi dækning. OG ingen mobildækning…. Som i ingenting. Men 5 ud af 5. Kommer gerne igen.

Very nice and beautiful place
We have a very great holiday time on this little „farm house“. It was quite and the view down into the Valley fantastic! The pool was clean and large. We can use the outside kitchen with a pizza oven and the barbecue. Wonderful! The equipment in the house is completely sufficient. But the fridge could be bigger for 4 adult person and the Wi-Fi is a little bit slow.

Early summer holiday in Tuscany
The stay in the holiday apartment in Serore was very pleasant. A place located in the mountains, a beautiful location overlooking the mountains and the valley. Access to the apartment via a dirt road at the end is demanding. Peace and quiet, proximity to nature allows you to rest and relax. The place is perfect for stationary rest. The swimming pool is perfectly maintained, as is the barbecue and outdoor area. The apartment is decorated with taste and an artistic look. The bedrooms are spacious, bright, with a beautiful view of the valley. The house is equipped with all necessary equipment and devices. Stylish furniture and modern accessories create a unique atmosphere. The apartment has wifi, but the range and signal strength is sometimes weaker. The discreet presence of the co-residents of the neighboring apartment is imperceptible.

Ferienhaus Toskana
Unser Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Objekt bestand aus 2 Häusern , die sich einen Pool teilen. Die Umgebung mitten im Wald war sehr schön und ruhig. Daher hat das Internet nicht immer funktioniert, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Urlaub at it's best!
Rundherum wunderbar! Haus top, alles sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Pool ein Traum, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit ideal zum Abschalten und Erholen. Ideal auch für uns als Hundebesitzer, denn unser Hund war dort absolut frei, kein Auto, keine Straße, bis auf das letzte abenteuerliche Wegstück der Anfahrt. Wir kommen wieder, das ist sicher! Danke an die überaus freundliche und herzliche Vermieterin, die immer zur Verfügung stand und super nett war!

Mooi huis in de bergen van Noord Toscane
Een gezellig huisje, alles is er voor dagelijks gebruik, en open haard en buitenkeuken. Geen tv en WiFi af en aan. Je komt er tot rust met een prachtig uitzicht. De stad Lucca dichtbij en hele mooie omgeving. Pluspunt is het zwembad en goede supermarkt in de buurt. Patricia ontving ons hartelijk en gaf goede tips voor restaurants in de buurt. De weg naar het huis moet je wel even aan wennen😉een aanrader

Ruhe pur!
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mitten in einer entlegenen Ecke in der Toskana. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unglaublich bemüht. Im selben Haus lebt noch ein junges Pärchen welches ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit ist. Riesen großes Anwesen, toller Pool und ein schönes Altes Bauernhaus welches mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail designtechnisch eingerichtet wurde. Man fährt knapp 3 km durch den Wald bis man am Haus angekommen ist, 3/4 des Weges sind aber asphaltiert. Einziges Manko ist das Mobilnetz und das wifi, aber hier gibt die Technik aktuell einfach nicht mehr her.

Private paradise in the middle of nature
You hear and spot different wild animals and enjoy the beautiful view from the top of the hills. There is a bee farm with their own made honey. We stayed in Castagno, which was rustic yet pepped up with art. The place was really inspiring and offered peace and calm after a day in a bustling city trip. The pool and the pool area were well-maintained and shared with the guests in the other accommodation, Sorbi. Both accommodations have their own side of pool chairs, which also offers privacy. We really enjoyed our stay and are so thankful for Patrizia for taking good care of us! We hope to see her again and wishing her all the best with Serore!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Serore. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und das Haus sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung, sehr ruhig und etwas abgeschieden. Dies ist aber kein Problem, da man seine Einkäufe immer gut mit Ausflügen verbinden kann. Der Pool ist super. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderbar gelegen
Wer die Ruhe und Einsamkeit sucht, dazu die bergige Seite der Toskana, der kommt hier voll auf die Kosten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, bestens umsorgt von der außergewöhnlich sympathischen Patricia. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große Pool, der es einem trotz (oder gerade wegen) fehlendem TV und manchmal wackligem WLAN leicht macht, einen ganzen Tag am Haus zu verbringen. Dann wiederum kann man den Ort als tollen Standpunkt nehmen, um einen Tagesausflug in Städte wie Lucca, Pisa oder Florenz oder auch die Cinque Terre zu nehmen.
