Grand, luxurious, stylish and sophisticated this home is set to impress with many moments to be captured for 'the Gram'. There is also a fully self contained Guest House ( 6th bedroom ) on the property to sleep sleep 4 or 14 guests in total.

Experience unparalleled luxury and privacy at Casa Queenie, a grand coastal acreage property set on 2.5 acres of beautifully landscaped, park-like grounds. This exquisite home is designed to impress with its sophisticated style, luxurious finishes, and picturesque surroundings, making it the perfect destination for creating memorable moments.
What we Love:
Location: Idyllically situated just minutes from Avoca Beach, Terrigal, and the best of the Central Coast.
Grounds: Set on 2.5 acres of established gardens featuring Japanese Maples and child-friendly lawns.
Main Residence:
Living Areas: Luxurious formal and informal living zones with high-end finishes, opening to a deluxe kitchen equipped with Miele appliances and a butler's pantry.
Alfresco Entertaining: Expansive terraces and sitting areas designed for grand gatherings, complete with a large pool.
Bedrooms: Five oversized bedrooms, each with wardrobes and picture windows. The master suite features an ensuite and custom walk-in robe. The lower level has four large bedrooms, while a loft bedroom upstairs doubles as a rumpus room with a bathroom, lounge, and TV.
Bathrooms: Palatial bathroom with a freestanding bath, Tasmanian oak vanity, and luxurious marble finishes.
Additional Features: Wood and gas fireplaces, ducted air conditioning, warm-tech underfloor heating, sandstone features, a mudroom, and an extravagant laundry.
Combined with the main house, Casa Queenie can accommodate up to 14 guests. Please let us know if you require the guest house as additional rates apply.

Accommodation: A fully self-contained studio offering a Queen bed, double sofa bed, and amenities to comfortably sleep 4 guests.

* Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and just prior to your arrival we will ask for you to provide a copy of your ID as well as collect card details directly should a refundable deposit bond be required for your stay. We are governed by and respect the very strict privacy laws and your details will not be shared or kept.
* Please note we will reach out the week of your arrival to collect a $2000 refundable deposit bond for your stay. This bond will be held securely through STRIPE payment gateway and returned 7 days after your departure *
The Guest House at Casa Queenie is not automatically available for your stay.
